Ace Up is provably fair blackjack inside Telegram, with a white-label program that lets any group run its own venue. The game is live on Solana mainnet with real SOL since 18 September 2026. Everything below is either shipped and provable, or honestly marked as not yet. Where something is waiting, this page says what on.
Updated 20 September 2026. Nothing here carries a date we haven’t earned — items are ordered, not scheduled.

The game · Built

Not a prototype. The engine, the money and the white-label program are written, tested and running. Every item here is something a test or a transaction can prove.

Provably fair blackjack

Six decks, reshuffled every round. The shuffle is committed before the deal and the seed revealed after, so any hand replays in your own browser.

An edge we measured

0.89% on the main hand, measured over 9,000,000 rounds on our own engine rather than quoted from a chart. Side-bet edges printed beside it.

Money that reconciles

Every balance is counted in whole units with its own reference, and an automatic check alerts us the moment the books and the coins we actually hold stop matching.

The white-label program

Venues run on the owner’s own bot. Losses carry forward, so an owner can never owe money.
Both rails have moved real coin — deposited, credited, swept, played and withdrawn, end to end, on chain: Player protection that binds — 21+, restricted-jurisdiction terms, self- exclusion with no early lift anywhere in the code, daily limits you set, and kill switches at platform, venue and player level.

Real-money play · Live on Solana

Since 18 September 2026 Ace Up takes real SOL on Solana mainnet: deposits, play at the house tables, withdrawals to your own wallet. Hands are capped at 0.15 SOL while the bankroll grows; the cap is printed on the felt.
A second asset is next. The rail is built and has moved real coin on a testnet; it opens when the bankroll is funded for it.
What is running:

Deposits in SOL (ETH next)

An address that’s yours on each chain, credited about 30 seconds after the network confirms it.

A bankroll we fund

The house is backed by us, not by venue owners and not by players. Table limits are published before you sit down.

Withdrawals to any wallet

Confirmed in the bot, sent on chain, network fee paid by us so the amount you ask for is the amount that lands.

The first venues

A small pilot — our own community, then partner groups — before the white-label program opens to anyone who asks.

$ACEUP · Next

A fixed-supply token, fair launch, no presale, no team unlock schedule, tradeable from the first block.

Cashback on what you wager

A share of what you bet comes back weekly in $ACEUP, win or lose. Paid on volume, never on losses — so it can’t reward chasing one.

Bought back with real revenue

Funded from the house’s share of what the tables actually win — not by printing new tokens, and not out of anything promised to venue owners.

Deposit and hold $ACEUP

Joins SOL and ETH as an asset you can deposit, hold and withdraw, and it sets your cashback tier. Betting in it comes later.

An option for owners

Owners may elect to take their weekly payout in $ACEUP. The default stays SOL and ETH, and the percentage doesn’t change either way.

Where a winning week goes

When the tables win more than they pay out over a week, that surplus splits like this. There is nothing taken off the top first. pons.family also routes most of each trade’s pool fee back to the token’s creator, so secondary volume feeds the same treasury that buys the token back.

Things worth playing for · Next

Reasons to come back that don’t involve pushing anyone to bet more than they meant to.

A progressive jackpot

A slice of every side bet feeds one pot that pays out on the rarest hands. It grows in public, on the table, and the odds of hitting it are printed like every other number here.

The weekly race

A leaderboard by amount wagered, with a prize pool paid from the house’s share every week. Your position and the pot are both live while you play.

Crates, with the odds on the box

Packs bought with $ACEUP holding card backs, table felts and cashback boosts. Every crate publishes its drop table before you open it.

Hands worth sharing

Any hand becomes a link anyone can open — the cards, the payout, and the proof it was dealt straight, with no account needed.
A crate with hidden odds is a slot machine wearing a bow. Ours publish their drop tables for the same reason the house edge is printed.
Player referrals land alongside the owner tier that already exists, paid in $ACEUP from the house’s share.

$ACEUP at the table · Later

Betting in $ACEUP is the goal. It waits on the bankroll, not on a date — and here is the honest arithmetic behind that. Here is the problem in one line: the house keeps about 0.89% of everything wagered, and crypto routinely moves 5–10% in a day. If the money backing the tables were held in our own token, the day’s price move would decide whether the house was up or down — not the cards. That is a trading desk in a dealer’s uniform, and it is how token-backed casinos run out of money to pay winners. What unlocks it: a bankroll deep enough to absorb the variance, or bets sized in SOL and settled in $ACEUP so the player holds the token and the house doesn’t carry the direction. Whichever lands first, the limits go up before the tables open.

What will not change

Roadmaps are easy to rewrite. These are the commitments we’d have to break to move anything above forward faster — and we’d rather ship late.

The owner's half

30% of what the tables win at that venue, after paying out players. Every token mechanic is funded from our side of that line.

The edge stays printed

Main hand, both side bets, jackpot odds, crate drop tables.

Every hand checkable

Commit before the deal, reveal after, verified in your own browser by a page that needs no login.

No loss-chasing

No deposit prompt after a loss, no nudge as you near a limit, no bonus with strings attached.

A pause is a pause

Self-exclusion can’t be shortened by you, by support, or by anyone. There is no function for it.

Money never trapped

Withdrawal is never gated by terms, by a cap, by a pause, or by a venue closing.
